This was a very challenging project that I really enjoyed. It was the first project that I led at Retailsphere and it was a great learning experience for me. One of the coolest parts of the project was getting to talk to our customers.
They really wanted to help and gave us constructive feedback because they believed in what we were trying to accomplish as a company which was awesome to hear. So it was really rewarding to hear that the new feature I released was going to help their workflows on Retailsphere. We also saw a 120% increase in user engagement in the CRM which was something that I am really proud about.

My challenge over the next 3 months was to increase CRM usage by giving our customers more visibility into the deals they are actively working on.

I started off 6 concepts that I showed to our customers. I wanted to gauge what type of product management tool would be most appealing to our users. I explored a bunch of different companies like Asana, monday.com, and others to see how we could make the Deals Visual Pipeline on our platform.
